Sliding K Performance Horses is a family operated and owned business. Kim Ferguson has been showing, training and selling horses all of her life.. Kim’s husband, Kinzy Donnelly, starts the colts and daughter 13-year-old Jordan Donnelly is also involved with horses.

Sliding K specializes in starting colts (special problem colts, as well) of all breeds and disciplines, along with showing, training, selling (no matter how expensive or how inexpensive and/or what discipline you are looking for, our slogan is “IF WE DO NOT HAVE IT, WE CAN FIND IT”), and non pro instruction in Reining (consisting of all ages of riders and all kinds of horses). We also have and train Rope and Cow horses.

Sliding K has a great full time staff and assistant trainers, consisting of Dan Beckette (assistant Trainer/ ranch manager). Einat Talmon (assistant trainer), Johnny Mortan (assistant trainer) Cheryl Fuller (secretary) and of course Kinzy Donnelly and Kim Ferguson (Owner/ Trainers), Jordan Donnelly (Daughter/ non pro rider), Shoer- Jake Strang,

The business is located in Aubrey, Texas at Turners Driftwood Ranch/ owned and run by Amy Turner and Rebecca Jung. They own two great Stallions - Ikes Double Drift.and Late Light – a son of Grays Starlight, now being ridden and trained by Shawn Flarida.

Sliding K started him and showed him in the beginning of his show carrier, winning NRHA money on him and then moved him to Shawn.

The Ranch is also home to some great daughters of Grays Starlight, Topsail Cody, Lenas Gyrator, and more, producing foals by these two stallions and other great stallions in the industry.

Sliding K also offers intern and apprenticeship programs for young adults and young trainers
